Customers who dislike their purchases can request a return or exchange of their item starting from delivery day until 30 days. You can return items when they maintain unused status together with their original packaging and items need to arrive in their inaugural state. The return policy excludes customized items along with those marked for final sale. A return process can be initiated by contacting our customer support team, which requires their authorization permission. The customer must pay shipping expenses unless the merchandise proves faulty or the wrong product was received. After we accept your return, we will need five to seven business days for processing it. The company will send back money using the same payment method from which you initially made the transaction.
