Regal Leather’s warranty specifically excludes protection from damages caused by accidental misuse, accidents or incorrect care, or material degradation incidents such as wear and tear scars and natural leather age changes.
You can file a warranty claim by reaching out to our customer support team with the required purchase documents along with distinct images showing the defect.
At Regal Leather, we always seek complete satisfaction from our customers with their purchases. The return policy at Regal Leather allows you to exchange or refund an order within 30 days of the delivery date as long as specific requirements are met.
You can return products only when they remain unused together with their original packaging and their original state.
Any custom-made products, either marked for final sale or with unique alterations, cannot get exchanged or returned.
You need to start a return process within 30 days after receiving your delivery package.
You may start a return by contacting our customer support to obtain authorization. After getting authorization, you will get directions regarding return shipping procedures. Return shipping costs belong to the customers unless the received item presented defects or incorrectly matched their purchase order.
The return processing takes 5-7 business days after your items reach our facility. The original payment method will receive refund payments. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
